19 standard rooms + 2 premium suites
Programmes of at least 21 days
Ambulance and hospital agreements planned

Personal care

Four personal caregivers assigned to each patient, including one fixed primary caregiver.

Clinical support

House doctor by day, on-call at night, 24/7 emergency nursing and external specialists.

Long follow-up

Structured video, WhatsApp and remote-monitoring follow-up for up to one year.

PERSONAL RESIDENTIAL CARE

Time, attention and continuity—not a rushed appointment.

21 private units

The launch plan comprises 19 generous standard rooms of approximately 50 m² and two premium suites of approximately 120 m².

Four personal caregivers

Each patient is assigned a four-person caregiver team, including one fixed primary caregiver for continuity and trust.

Clinical supervision

A house GP is planned on site during the day and on call at night, supported by 24/7 emergency nursing and external specialists according to protocol.

At least 21 days

Programmes are residential and designed for meaningful change. The fixed programme may cover up to 60 days, according to the agreed clinical plan.

Therapy with support

During therapy, the care model provides the therapist together with at least two supporting staff when required by the patient’s needs.

Night care

An in-room attendant may be arranged; otherwise trained assistance remains on call around the clock and close enough to respond within minutes.

PROGRAMMES

One centre, several pathways to recovery and long-term balance.

Diabetes & metabolic health

Clinical review, nutrition, glucose monitoring, activity, education and habits designed for life after the programme.

Weight management

A medically informed residential reset combining food, movement, behaviour and measurable follow-up.

Post-hospital recovery

Structured support after surgery, illness or hospital discharge when returning directly home is not the best next step.

Neurological & post-stroke

Coordinated rehabilitation, mobility practice, daily support and specialist input according to individual assessment.

Orthopaedic & mobility

Recovery after injury or surgery, strength, transfers, gait or wheelchair skills, pain management and independence.

Healthy Ageing

A preventive programme focused on strength, balance, cardiometabolic health, cognition, nutrition and sustainable routines.

Chronic pain

A multidisciplinary approach to movement, pacing, sleep, daily function and the factors that maintain pain.

Cardiometabolic recovery

Supervised rebuilding after cardiovascular or metabolic events, subject to medical clearance and agreed protocols.

Long-term residence

Residential living with care, therapies, meals and support may be offered for people who need a continuing home rather than a short programme.

SAFETY & CONTINUITY

Care continues before admission, during the stay and after returning home.

Private ambulance

The operating plan includes a dedicated ambulance with a 24/7 driver and agreements with nearby private hospitals.

Hospital accompaniment

If hospital transfer is required, a ONE Balance escort remains involved so information and personal support do not stop at the hospital door.

External laboratory & pharmacy

Samples can be collected on site and processed by an external laboratory; medicines are supplied through licensed external pharmacies.

Secure medical records

Clinical information is planned to be managed through a licensed cloud hospital system with controlled access.

Structured follow-up

Video reviews are planned at one and two weeks, then one, three, six and twelve months, supported by WhatsApp, groups and remote measurements.

Admission by assessment

Suitability, safety, programme length and final price are confirmed only after medical review. ONE Balance is not an emergency hospital.

ONE Balance is in development. Final services, eligibility and treatment plans require clinical assessment and applicable licensing.
